Buying or Selling a home is often one of the biggest and most stressful decisions a person encounters in their life time. Let's not forget moving... the stress level can be high. Thankfully, having the right agent can limit the stress, as a proper agent can help guide the process and help find or foresee future hurdles. In addition to the mechanics/science of buying and selling homes, a Realtor needs to be well educated on market trends and must be able to gauge properly the current state of the market. Every deal thus becomes truly unique because although one style property may be selling fast, it doesn't guarantee that every property will sell with equal speed/returns. It then becomes vital to have a team on your side that can both advertise and market a property effectively if you are selling or craft a plan to find opportunities if you are buying.  

My teams educational background and experience positions us well to have a firm grasps of the shifting market conditions of Real Estate. In addition to the our current education/experience, we are constantly evolving as we continue to network and take cutting edge courses to stay abreast with the latest trends/content. I became a Realtor in 2014 focusing my efforts on negotiating deals in downstate NY (Bronx, Westchester and Rockland). Over time, my clients have asked I expand throughout the state. To meet this demand, I began growing a team of successful agents that can cover most of NY. I then began to filter agents outside of NY to help my clients who have relocated due to work, retirement or other life circumstances. 

I value being someone genuine that my clients can trust. I am a lifelong learner and can usually be found learning a new skill or taking a new class to enhance and enrich myself and the people around me. I particularly enjoy working with the youth as I have created entrepreneurship courses for NYC students and have been a guest speaker at several events for both kids and adults. In addition to learning, I enjoy sports and nature. I like going out for nature walks and seeing the formation of communities over time.
